Family masses
Our Family Mass is celebrated on the third Sunday of each month at Christ the King. Children are encouraged to take part in the Mass through readings, prayers, singing and other activities, helping them to feel an important part of our church family. These simple prayers, activities and reflections help the children understand the Gospel of the day and how Jesus’ message can be part of their everyday lives.
While the Family Mass has a particular focus on welcoming and involving our children, it also provides a meaningful and joyful worship experience for parishioners of all ages, bringing our whole parish family together in prayer and celebration. It is a wonderful opportunity for us all to grow in faith and learn more about the Gospel message together. Family Masses are also celebrated on Christmas Eve and on Easter Sunday.
Look out in our newsletter for when our next family mass is happening.
