What personal data we collect and why we collect it

First Holy Communion

If you apply for First Holy Communion on our website, we will collect certain details of you and your child(ren) via Jotform. This data is collected securely and is stored by JotForm according to their privacy policy. Your data is managed by the 3 churches communion team.

The data we collect is only what’s on the form; we collect it for purposes of knowing whether families live within the parish and whether children attend a Catholic school and have been baptised.

Any contact details submitted are for communication and emergency purposes, once the children are in our care. The data is usually only seen by the lead catechist (currently Clare Reay) and our parish priest, however other catechists may need to see these contact details in case of an emergency.

Any data submitted is held by the lead catechist and is not shared with anyone else (all emails are BCC) and is deleted within a year of the course finishing.

Junior Club

If you provide emergency contact details for your children to visit Junior Club on our website, we will collect certain details of you and your child(ren) via Jotform. This data is collected securely and is stored by JotForm according to their privacy policy. Your data is managed by the  Junior Club team.

The data we collect is only what’s on the form; we collect it for purposes of contacting parents in an emergency.

Any contact details submitted are for communication and emergency purposes, once the children are in our care. The data is usually only seen by the Junior Club team and our parish priest, however other church staff may need to see these contact details in case of an emergency.

Any data submitted is held by the group administrator and is not shared with anyone else (all emails are BCC) and is deleted within a year of the course finishing.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
