Dear parishioners and friends of our 3 Churches,
Gaudete! Rejoice! It may seem that we have little to rejoice about this year. But what could be more joy- bringing than the birthday of Jesus, the Son of God? As if to underline the joyful feast that beckons us, today we have our own local cause for celebration – the ordination as a deacon of our own Christian Mahoney. We congratulate him, his wife Esther, and daughters Alessia and Daniela, and seek the Lord’s blessings on his future ministry. You can be part of the celebration by watching the ordination at the Cathedral at 4pm via the internet. Visit the cathedral website www.cardiffcathedral.org.uk and scroll down to the live-stream. Gaudete! Rejoice!
